The accommodation was nice and had a stunning setting near the park and river in Birstonas. The staff was experienced and extremely helpful.

The room was clean and the facilities were good. the pool was a great place to relax and the variety of medical treatment options were impressive. the location in a beautiful place surrounded by nature was a major advantage. the view from the 5th floor was stunning.

The room cleaning service was not up to par. the cleaning personnel in the restaurant were also slow in cleaning the tables, often resulting in difficulty finding a clean and vacant table.

The spa is an excellent place to stay with good wi-fi and views of the courtyard. The room was exceptionally comfortable with great shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bathrobes provided. The location is not far from pine trees, a coniferous forest, and the river, creating a really comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at a wonderful SPA Hotel located beside a beautiful park and river. The hotel is modern and clean, with comfortable rooms that have balconies offering stunning views. The location is perfect, with the town center just a short walk away through the park. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the air conditioning in the rooms was a nice touch. The hotel also offers a wide range of rehabilitation procedures for those in need. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location surrounded by forest and with a river view. Friendly and helpful staff everywhere. The room had good facilities including a balcony and nice amenities. The Spa zone and swimming pool were fantastic, with great facilities for relaxing and rejuvenating.

The food in the main restaurant was not to our liking, as it was very oily and unhealthy. The price seemed high for what was offered, considering the quality of the food.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the variety of spa services available. From massages to water exercises, there was something for everyone. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. the location of the hotel was perfect, nestled in a serene and picturesque setting. It was also conveniently located close to the town center, making it easy to explore and find amenities.

There were a few things that could have been better. the food options lacked variety and became repetitive after a while.
